Microsoft Teams Skype for Business

Hello Dear,

I need your help, because when I went to configure a Microsoft Teams extension of a user, it presented the following message below:

Grant-CsTeamsUpgradePolicy : User is homed on-premises in a Skype for Business or Lync deployment. On-premises users can be upgraded to Teams using Move-CsUser in the on-premises tools.

I would like a solution on how I can configure the user for Teams extension.

I used the command below:

Set-CsPhoneNumberAssignment -Identity username@companyname.com.br -PhoneNumber +5511XXXXXXXX -PhoneNumberType DirectRouting

If possible, let me know the correct command and step by step how to proceed, as the user needs the Teams extension to make and receive external calls.
