Microsoft Surface Machines

I have a customer with several Microsoft Surface machines, and PWE is crashing on these machines randomly. A little research shows that Surface machines come with a little different operating system, namely Windows 10 S rather than Windows 10 Pro.

Is anyone out there using Surface machines with Progression and if so are you having similar issues? Or if you had issues and they were overcome, what did you do? Exact tech support has been of little help on this issue.

Are they docked or un-docked. I have several clients with Surface Pro 3 and 4 and Surface Pro Book. No issues to report. I would tend to think first of network disconnect, check power savings in general, and on the network card. What type of error ?
