Microsoft Security Patch

I have a proliant 3000T /333 its running windows NT4 server SP6a, IE6 and I had updated the Security rollup patch from microsoft. The computer will not load now. It shows a Disk I/O error and i had updated the cpqarray.sys driver and still it is not loading up. if anyone has ideas on how to get it working i would appreciate the input. the officeial error is:
DISK I/O error: Status = 00000001
ntoskrnl.exe file is corrupt or missing. re-install.
