Microsoft Script Debugger failed to initialize

Hi,
I have been trying to read the entire message but none has replied to the question/problem "Microsoft Script Debugger failed to initialize. Please reinstall debugger components and retry". I am using Windows 98 and I am seeing this all of a sudden. I tried several things like removing entries from register using regedit, manually registering using regsvr32.exe [dllName], uninstall reinstall IE 6.0 and script debugger.. Nothing worked.I think there is some other action done internally on the system and it has to be undone for the debugger to work. Can anyone know how to solve this puzzle. I have been breaking my head over this for a while. Thanks a lot!!

Tools / Internet options / Advanced / Browsing /

Make sure there is checkmark against "Disable script debuging"

Remove the check mark, if applicaple against "Display Notification about every script error"

Now hit OK

This is how I have Script Sentry configured .
It can be done during Install or by going to ,
Windows Explorer > Programs > Script Sentry .
Double click on the 4th Entry , ScriptSentry , which is the .exe file .
This opens it up , select , File > Configure .
General : Tick the 1st 4 items .
Click on > Set to Recommended .
Click OK .
