Microsoft RMS and eN-Touch 1000 integration

Hello,
I have a newly installed Microsoft RMS single lane install system that is working fine except the integration w/ the eN-Touch 1000 for sig capture and MSR. It doesn't seem to see the device even though it's OPOS and PCCharge, sees it.

PCCharge is my credit card processing software that authorizes transactions over the Internet.

I also wanted to know how to modify the default screen to show my logo, etc. Is there any guides on how to program the device? (I'm no programmer)

Don't think that hardware is compatable with RMS. You can change your logo path in RMS Administrator/Config/Paths.
