Microsoft Report Viewer Redistributable 2005

I am using WSUS version 3.1 for update management, which requires MRV redistributable 2005 to use some features. I guess my question is, if I download this, could it potentially cause any problems some where else, specifically the IIS server or my sharepoint services?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I really doubt it. If I recall correctly, it doesn't create new or alter existing websites, or change any .dll's or anything. It's essentially just a set of additional forms and controls.
