I have a Microsoft 2003 RAS Server hosting my VPN. FOr some reason I dont know what changed, We are able to attach to the VPN, and even obtain a IP Address. When a user logs in it even verifies credentials, but we can not log on the VPN adn ping anything any more. Once on the VPN the client can only ping the VPN Server and even that only by IP address.

What IP address is the dial-ed in client assigned? Do your other hosts on that network have routes back to the client?

chek on your rras properties, which nic assign the ip address. If it automatic or external nic, change it to internal and restart your rras

HEy Thanks for the Idea. I found out the problem.
We were running Trend Micro adn the server crashed. so when I rebuilt it the VPN Server running trend lost connectivity adn some DLL was blocking traffic.
