Microsoft publisher, I just cant figure out how to make these in it.

Ok I got a site, it looks good, but not exactly what I was hoping for. How do I make a floating interface with my page name on top and my list of links on the side or below the title utilizing microsoft publisher. I dont want this to diappear when they go to new pages or anything. just hang stay there like alot of buisness sites do.
And the other question is how do I make a menu drop down from a button or picture, of course using microsoft publisher.

Need help here if any one has the answer to these I sure would be greatful.

Ummm... You may want to get rid of Publisher and go to Front Page/Dreamweaver/et.al (preferably get rid of WYWSIWIG altogether and use a text editor ). These programs are designed for HTML development; Publisher is not. Publisher *sort of* allows you to export HTML but it is not designed for the creation of web pages of any complexity. If you really want to kick your site to the next level you'll learn some web technologies; HTML, DHTML, javascript, and Flash. If you want to be able to process user data and/or provide a personal experience then you'll also need to learn ASP or PHP and some sort of database backend; SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.
