microsoft proxy 2.0 https access

Hello I'm using microsoft proxy 2.0 on my NT 4.0 backoffice server. Everything seems to work but my lan as well as my server won't access certain sites such as

http://www.qvc.com

and

http://www.bbandt.com.

I'm assuming it's a security problem but I can't figure out how to solve it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello, I am using proxy server 2.00. Isant to minitor the time spent on internet browsing by various user in differrent time slots. What script or what is the method to cache. pl help
