Having trouble here trying to figuring out a way to create a schedule for a past paced industry. A job will start and they will call these people and assign to that job only to later switch them. That is not the real problem though. The problem is the hours. The shifts usually occur in 12 hour days. 8 regular hours with 4 hours O.T. by giong to resource usage I can assign the regular work hours but it will not allow me to put in the o.t. hours. It breaks the O.T. work into 3.62 for one day and another fraction to reach the full amount of O.T. designated. Let me know if you have any suggestions on how to create this or any news ideas for face paced schedules. Thanks.
