microsoft outlook

i was using incredimail for my email provider. i bought a pda and it only links to microsoft outlook so i changed to outlook for email. oulook was installed when i installed microsoft office 2000. i still have incredimail but i deleted my account in it so outlook is now my active primary email provider. but when i try to open a hyperlink in outlook email it won't open. i tried holding down the shift key at the same time i click on it but it still won't open.
anyone know how to fix this?

unless you completely erased all traces of incredimail you are going to have wierd problems.

i installed it on my kid's PC and boy was i sorry!

it took me a lot of deleting of extraneous files and then i had to edit the registry to remove all of the other "freebies" it stuck in there.
