I have tried to install Outlook 64x connector and the same message keeps coming up. ...32x will install. I have uninstalled the 32x several times through Add/Remove Programs, but it is apparently not completely uninstalled. How else can I uninstall it?
This is a Dell computer with Win7 Pro, 64x, Office Pro 2010 installed.
I can install the 32x and it will syc with HotMail through Windows Live just fine, but there have been issues with hundreds of junk mail coming in. I have tried a different profile, but then the folders will not sync. I am hoping that the 64x will fix whatever is wrong.
I have uninstalled the 32x, deleted the current e-mail user, then tried to install the 64x connector.
