First time using this system. I would like to know where I could download a tutorial at no cost, to learn about this program

I don't know of any downloadable tutorials - Outlook is very complex and has many features and you can't learn them all at once.

Microsoft has some online Outlook 2003 Courses

The most comprehensive online site is

and here is probably where to start.
