Good morning,
My MIS guy can’t find a solution so I am asking my Tek-Tips friends.
GENERAL INFORMATION
My manager and I use Microsoft OneNote and collaborate on a regular basis throughout the day every day at work.
In an effort to be more mobile my company has replaced our PCs with a laptops that uses a docking station.
When they did this something happened to Microsoft OneNote retaining our credentials and keeps asking for them throughout the day.
Our MIS department controls when the laptops time out and go into sleep mode and just about all other personalization settings.
PROBLEM SUMMARY
Windows Security repeatedly requires us to enter our user name and password many (way to many) times a day.
It will ask for this information every time after logging off, restarting, or docking and undocking.
I always click the “Remember my credentials” box.
QUESTION
Is there a way that I can make Windows Security and OneNote remember my credentials so that I will not have to keep entering this information over and over again?
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
Clay
