Hi,

I got a small problem with my outlook!
Every time I start writing an E-Mail and I select the E-Mail address it shows me two contacts!
The problem is one of the contacts is deleted or something like that and the other one works, now here's my question. How do I delete the contacts that doesn't work?
Pleaz help!

This I tryed already but it didn't work!

Do you have a fax number and e-mail address or 2 different e-mail addresses for this contact? Outook is probably showing both so that you can chose how to send.

Are you using Outlook 2002 (XP)? If so then go to the Tools menu, Options, click E-Mail options then Advanced E-mail options and remove the tick from "Suggest names while completing To, Cc and Bcc fields"
Hope that helps
