Microsoft Office Outlook Contacts with Phoen Manager PRO

Is it possible to use the outlook contact list for calling from Phone manager PRo.I mean I will install the Phone manager pro and than will be able to call the phone numbers which are included Outlook contact list.(For outbound callings)

If not how can I do it.I know it is possible at softconsole and please dont advice it for all of my users.

I think you are looking for an IMS application.

Not IMS, try TAPI.

Use IP Office TAPI to make calls using Outlook contacts.
Use Phone Manager Pro to pop Outlook contacts on incoming calls.

But the answer is no.

You cannot view Outlook contacts from within Phone Manager.

You can add contacts in Phone Manager to Outlook as per jamie77. You can pop when a CLI matches a contact in Outlook as per sizbut.

But the only way to dial from Outlook contacts is to go into Outlook, select the contact, and select dial from inside the contact. This will use TAPI as per sizbut and make your phone dial. You need to TAPI driver installed and configured to do this (this is separate to PhMgr).

SoftConsole is different. There's a tick box so you can actually view Outlook contacts from within SoftConsole so you don't need to go into Outlook to dial. There is no such option in Phone Manager.

What you can do is pop outlook when you get a incomming call from a person that is a contact in outlook.

Remember that in outlook the phone number is put in the right way or your phone will not get it right.

The answer is no.

He/she wants to select contacts that are in Outlook from inside Phone Manager. It cannot do it. The user has to go into Outlook and dial from there. Popping has nothing to do with the question asked.

SoftConsole can do it. Phone Manager cannot.
