I can't open some PDF attachment's other I can open with no problem (All my PDF’s are coming from the same place). When I receive PDF's some have a blank attachment with this error "Can't create file: file name Right click the folder you want to create the file in, and then click properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder" If I send the PDF to a different system I can view and open the attachment. I have checked the permissions on the folders as well as update outlook to the latest service pack. I have also updated the Adobe Acrobat. The system is running XP Pro service pack 2.

Check out this thread. Seems to be similar problem.
