I apologize but this is the closest forum I could think of to what I'm trying to accomplish.
I'm looking to add an annotation to an image in Microsoft Office Document Imaging. I'd like this to be a permanent annotation that is inserted into every page upon opening the document.
If anyone has any recommendations it would be greatly appreciated.
