Microsoft Office 2002 & 2007

Hello all,
I currently have Office 2007 and I do alot of documents. Well my problem is some of the people at my company have Office 2002. When they go to open an excel spreadsheet it opens as a readme only file and renames it to a XXXXXX.XLSX file. Well this doesnt help when they need to edit it as it is now a different file. Has someone else seen this? I did download the compatiability software and do windows updates but did not fix it.

I'd suggest saving ALL your workbooks as 97-2003 compatable workbooks.
