When trying to start up an application that uses MSMQ I receive the following message:

"C:\centaur\Prepaid\prepaidapp\WINS.cpp 185: Error 80004005, C:\centaur\Common\CallManLib\CallCtl.cpp 167: Error -2147467259, Call Manager could not open SMPP message queue "

I have already gone into MSMQ and set the security to include my account. Any ideas would be helpfull.
