Microsoft ListView Control: Need help

Hi I could really use your help on a problem i'm having. I'm trying to
include an ActiveX control for my VC++ project (Microsoft ListView Control,
version 6.0). But i'm stuck in how to use the methods to insert items into
the list control. I was able to set up columns and gridlines but that was as
far as I could get. I started an ATL COM project. Any help would be nice.
