When ever I run one of my reports I get the error, " The Microsoft Jet Database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time.", I can click OK or Help, however I am the only one in the database and I can click ok, sometimes several times, and all of the data comes up great. What do you think?

Are you running this report with VBA code from behind a button? Is there other code behind this button click that may be performing updates to the table? Is there code in the report itself that is performing table updates or editing while the report is formatting? Just a couple of thoughts.

I did a Google search on the error message and found this Microsoft Link:
Seems like a Compact and Repair is in order for your database. Read thoroughly and follow the resolution suggestions from Microsoft.
