End user gets the above error message but I do not when I run the standardized report. Found that the macro was not linked to the form (used to run report) and I relinked it and it ran find for me but the end-user still got the same error message.

Any ideas?

Thank you in advance for your assistance

is he using the same version of access as you, is it a macro or is there a vb code?

if he is using 2000 or 2002 he might need to change the references in the visual basic...

if you open the vb screen and go to tools-->references and move the microsoft access object library above that of the active x data objects (make sure there is a took too:))...it might fix the error...

obviously this might not be the problem but need more info about what access version u are using

Sorry i mean Microsoft DAO 3.6 object library and not
microsoft access object library

We are using Access 2000 and it is a macro (not vba). However, the same person was able to run the report a month ago but is now experiencing problems??

Thank you,
