Microsoft ISA Server and Winmx routing help PLEASE

I have ISA Server installed on our server computer running Windows 2000 server, about 2 months ago WinMX was working fine, now I can not get uploads to work anymore. I have tried mapping ports for it but it still is blocked. If anyone knows how to fix this with ISA Server please let me know !!!!

PS. No bashing please Thank you !
