Microsoft/IRS Conspiracy?

Does anyone know what this is about? A computer here at work just received a message from the Sygate firewall saying something to the effect of "A Microsoft Office 2000 component is trying to connect to Do you want to allow this?

Sounds very fishy to me.....would anyone know why an office component would try to access the IRS?
