I am running Exchange Server 5.5 on an NT 4.0 box /wSP4. With web based email using IIS. Came back from vacation - email works from local client, but the web access does not. In the control panel/services - the World Wide Web Publishing Service returns an Error of 2140 an internal Windows NT error occurred, when I try to start it. When I go to Network Neighborhood/properties - IIS is not a service, nor is it available to be added. Any ideas?
