Microsoft Hotfix 867684 may disable ICA Keepalives on MetaFrame XP and/or MetaFrame MPS 3.0 running on Windows 2003. Citrix Technical Support is aware that after applying MS hotfix 867684 on Windows Server 2003 servers may inactivate ICAKeepAlives. If you have applied this hotfix from Microsoft, disconnected sessions may not reset.
