Microsoft FR 2003

HI, I have recently upgraded to MS FrontPage 2003. When I try to open my website through File, open site, I get the following error "the folder "web site name" isn't accessible. The folder may be located in an unavailable location, protected with a password, or the filename contains a \ or /." I have contacted the ISP and they have reinstalled FP extensions. But I am still getting the same error message. I have Sp 2 installed.

Any ideas?

Ask them if your website has the Frontpage Username attached to it. They will have to check that out via the server. Also see if they can open the website with the user name / password that you have
