I WAS SETTING MY MICROSOFT EMAIL AND UNKNOWINGLY CHOOSE TO USE EXCHANGE SERVER. I WANTED USE POP3. I UNINSTALLED AND RE-INSTALLED MICROSOFT OFFICE 2003, BUT WHENEVER I OPEN OUTLOOK IT KEEPS ASKING ME ABOUT EXCHANGE SERVER. HOW DO STOP THIS?

IF you open the 'mail' icon from your control panel and then 'edit existing accounts' - The profile you created for a Exchange connection should be there. Delete it and then re-open 'mail' and create a POP3 connection.

If this doesn't work - go into your 'documents and settings' folder and re-name your current profile to '<log on name>+ a number or letter' and log off - when you log back on using the same credentials as usual <log on name> it should start you off with a new, clean profile.

And turn off your CAPS LOCK key when you post to online forums.
