we have someone with a new Cingular Treo 650 smartphone who doesn't want to leave his computer open to Outlook in order to receive emails. The instructions say that the phone can directly access email on the Exchange 2003 server using "Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync" and that it works with their "VersaMail" applications. I set it up, it acts like it reaches the server but with no response. Any ideas?
