need some help

I have a fualt that i can't find much information about
The fault is the mailboxes are missing new emails.
but the message tracker said they have been delivered
I'm missing around 6 hours of emails all in message tracker but not in people mail box.

any ideas on how i can get these message to show in mailbox
or were i can find these messages

And can they send ok?

Are they being delivered to an alternative folder?

Is this from all senders i.e. internal and external?

Are they connected to the domain?

the exchange is all working fine

But for 6 hours 6 days ago there mail was not being dropped in there mail box

there are no errors in log

the server is working all ok
i just need to find these missing emails
these meggages are in the message tracker

all email missing are from
