Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Wont Accept Passwords

I cannot Connect to my microsoft exchange 2000 server.
I Have 2 server pcs connected together to run my Network.
One is the Domain Controller which is Running fine,The other is My Exchange Server.
It will not Accept any passwords of any kind.
I cannot connect to my Domain controller and it wont even let me connect to the exchange server bypassing the Domain Controller! I've double checked my passwords and User Name Entries in Active Directory and checked that all the appropriate services are running!
Please Help!

its Ok guys i sorted it! its not the exchange 2k server it's my domain controller! managed 2 fix it!
thanks anyway
