I'm trying to write a formula which checks two ranges for a specific values and when they match up put a avlue from a different range but same line onto another sheet. If it can't find one put zero instead. How?
So far i can up with {=IF(AND(Team="Andy Little",BgtAg="3"),Member,0)}
Am i close?

Sounds to me more like:

=IF(AND(Team="Andy Little",BgtAg="3"),vlookup(value,Member,2),0)

where value=what you're looking for in the range named "member", and 2 is the second column of that range named "member" where it will find the data you want to put here, and 0 is what you want to put if it doesn't find that value or if the ANDs don't jive.
