Microsoft Excel app for Andriod

I downloaded the Excel app for Android and it works great. Is there a way to be able to talk to it using a Plantronics Voyager Plus? I know I can click the microphone button in the app but I would like to be able to press the button on my Voyager to activate the voice and then... What command do I say to Launch Excel? and then are there voice commands to filter a column? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have data in an Excel sheet I want to be able to find quickly. I want to be able to talk to it hands free.
