I have Excel cells that include conditional formatting (icon set) in a 'helper' column. These cells are linked to a report that's in PowerPoint *using Paste Special >> Paste Link Microsoft Excel Worksheet Object).
It's been noticed that when converting the final report to a PDF before distributing, something unexpected occur depending on the way the PDF is created. FYI ... Folder containing files is attached (Excel doc, PPT and 2 ways of printing to PDF.
Have others run into this issue? If so, are there fairly easy solutions? Thanks for advance for feedback.

1) When using Print to File >> File Type=PDF, the conditional formatting background that was originally in a different color changes to white in the PDF.
2) When using Save as >> File Type=PDF, it's been noticed by others that the radio buttons used for conditional formatting appear to be slightly cut off on the right side. It's as if the cell width does not fit the radio button.
