MICROSOFT DOWNLOAD PROBLEM

I have been trying to download the MDAC 2.5 SP2 from the Microsoft site but all I get is an explarer page with just small icon on the left showing nothing and the download never starts. I assume there is something missing from my system but what is that?

Next time your there try to Right Click on the
link to the program then select "Save Target As"
