microsoft datalink error

Hello,
I try to connect to an sql server through odbc for sql driver, from a delphi application.
When I try to get the sql server name I get an error "microsoft data link error" and "counter ... unspecified error" below (sorry it is in Greek so I can't translate it correct) and I get no server instances.
