Microsoft Binder - Printing Problems

I've just started using MS Binder to collate documents of different formats (Word/Excel) etc. When I try to print the binder it only prints the first section(page).
I've tried the options of 'All visible sections' and also 'Section(s) selected in left plane' but it stil only prints the first section.
Any ideas please?
