Can't seem to find the right forum for this.

I have Microsoft Autoroute 2002. I have placed pushpins all over the place, as I have done in previous versions, but try as I may, there isn't an "EXPORT PUSHPINS" option anywhere. Every time you close the prog and restart it, all the pushpins have gone. AAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!

PLEASE, Anyone got a clue ?

If you want to save your pushpins. I don't know about export. Save as "Map template".axt in Microsoft Auroroute Folder/Templates as "New European Map". Then when you next start all pushpins will be remembered. To change this just delete New European Map template and Autoroute will default to original map. Check out help files to confirm.

Nigel,

Sorry for not replying sooner. Had a busy weekend.

Anyhow,
Great advice. It works a treat. Can't imagine why Microsoft have changed the way you could simply export pushpins as you could in the 2000 version. It was easier.

Thanks again

Glad to help, can't help thinking Microsoft got it wrong because it's a pain having to remember to save as template every time you add new pushpins.

Yes, particularly as it defaults to a useless directory every time you want to save, instead of the previously saved location.

Thanks again Nigel
