Sounds like Brother Bill Needs a reality check. Maybe he should contact his local unemployment office the next time he needs to hire some IT talent.

Yeah right! I sincerely hope capital hill doesn't buy into that BS. But its amazing what you can do with deep pockets.

As a free market radical, I don't really believe in such limitations either. But he needs to stop spreading the lies that there is a shortage of skilled people.

How exactly do you get skilled people? Almost all of my skills come from experience. How did I get experience? I got it because I convinced someone to hire me and then keep me.

If Bill wants good people, he has the power to create them.

These corporate guys have created the conditions they claim to deplore.
