Microsoft ADO Data Control not found!!!

anybody? i tried googlin the issue... found that msadodc.ocx file is associated with this control. So i downloaded that off the net. registered using regserv32. Now the control appears, but when i select it, it says that i dont have license to include that control! i dont know what i'm doing wrong? prolly a wrong version of that file?!?! any help ppl! pls! i need to get this fixed asap
