Microsoft Access XP MenuBar: Resize Button 1

HELP!!! I can’t get rid of the resize button at the top of my forms. I have disabled Close, Max, & Min buttons in the properties, but still get that stupid resize button.
I have even created my own MenuBar and it won’t let me remove the stupid resize button…I need help!

Is the Control Box property on the format tab of the form's design view set to yes?

Yes, I disabled the control boxes on each form. Because I was using docmd.maximize on Load, it was automatically creating the restore feature. I needed the maximize capability but did not want the restore capability, so I converted to Pop-up forms allowing maximize but no restore.
