Good Afternoon,
I have a run into a problem in generating a Microsoft Access Report (attached) and I would like to know if this problem has occurred before. And if so could you advise me of a solution.
The report is monthly summary of hits to a website that are grouped by year. When I add the grouping in the MS Access report, it causes the data to be listed from newest to oldest rather than vice versa. When I remove the group the data are presented correctly from oldest to newest.
Any thoughts about the cause, and hopefully a solution.
Thank you very much,
Cheers,
PaulP1
