I want to print customer statements in Access with Aging fields and statement total showing in Page Footers on last page only, whether it is a one-page or multipage statement. From what I can determine, I should be able to set the PageFooter.visible in a macro according to a line-item count, but have been unable to come up with the proper structure of the macro to accomplish the desired effect.

Can anyone help me with this?

You will get better help in the Access Reports forum But to start with, if you want to only print on the last page footer, put your controls in the Report Footer section - then you won't have to fool around with the visible property of the page footer.

genomon,
My intent is to print each customer's aging and total at the bottom of their final statement page, whether the statement takes only one page or more than one. Using the report total would leave each customer with only detail statement information. I could place the customer totals in the customer footer, but those totals would not print at the bottom of the page which looks strange for a statement.

Thanks for your suggestion on the Report Forum... I'll give that a try also.
