microsoft access report layout

We create reports in access with a landscape legal format. When the user goes to print, the format loses its default and prints out letter portrait (or whatever the last paper size they printed with in any other software program).

How do we get the paper size to stick to what we originally designed it as?

Open the report in the design mode and set the page properties. Save the report.

The properties will 'stick'. - - - -
