We appear to have a performance issue with one of our systems, after some analysis I belive that the bottleneck appears to be Access, it just cant read and right the volume of data fast enough, however the company we have purchased this software from insist this isn't the problem. I'm almost certain i'm right and that this company are just trying to get out of the fact that they lied to us when they said that there system could cope with the volume of traffic however I can't prove it. Is there anyway I can monitor the performance of the Access Databases or the Jet database engine to see if it is running at its limit. (i've looked at perfmon but i'm unsure if there is a suitable counter in there)
