What version of Access are you using?

If the subreports are not nested, there should not be a problem doing this. I am currently working (in Access 2003 - 2000 format) with a main report that consists of seven unlinked subreports. I had no problems adding them to the main report, and the report runs with no problems.

I have also done this in the past using Access 97, so it probably isn't a versioning problem.
