Microsoft access excel spreadsheet blank on some machines

I have a form in an Access database that displays the results in an Excel spreadsheet. The results come back ok on my machine, but apparently on a couple of machines they get a blank Excel spreadhseet. I was left in charge of this database by the developer while he is on travel, but I have not made any changes to the database. Any thoughts?
 
It really depends on how data is sent to the Excel file. Please post the code.
