Microsfot Visual Fox Pro ole

On my sql 2000 server I am trying to create a linked server with a Visual Fox Pro Database. The problem is that when I go to select my provider, the Microsoft Visual Fox Pro OLE is not there. When I use the Export wizard to export a table it is an option. Any ideas?
