micros WS5a running E7 Stand alone need to swap out machine

I have a micros 5a workstation running E7 as a stand alone no server ,just one unit acting as the workstation and the server.The unit is failing I nee dhelp to transfer the information onto a refurbished WS5a .Can any one help.
